Comprehensive Weekly Music Instruction

Each lesson is carefully designed to help students progress with clarity and confidence. Instruction focuses on:

• Developing beautiful tone and sound production on flute or clarinet

• Proper posture, breathing, embouchure, and technique

• Sight-reading, rhythm accuracy, and intonation

• Musical expression, phrasing, and stylistic awareness

• Listening skills, music theory, and aural training

Above all, lessons are structured to help students enjoy music while making meaningful progress.

Audition, Exam & Competition Preparation

We provide guidance for students preparing for:

• School band, orchestra, and honor band placements

• Youth orchestra or community ensemble auditions

• Competitions and summer music programs

• CM and ABRSM practical exams

For students pursuing CM or ABRSM, music theory and aural skills are included in every lesson through exercises and practice tests to ensure confidence and readiness.
